| Above Charges include: | Each 9 sqm standard booth includes booth partition 2.5mH, exhibitor's name fascia in English or Vietnamese, floor carpet, 01 information counter, 02 chairs, 01 waste basket, 02 fluorescent tubes 1.2m, 01 electric socket 220V/5A. |
| Above Charges does not include: | Hotel stay, air ticket, airport transfers etc. However, rates will be negotiated with travel partner for the convenience of members. All the travel arrangement payments etc are to be done directly to the travel service partner. |

🛂 Visa Support Policy:
AECCI will issue a ‘visa recommendation letter’ worth Rs. 1000/- free of charge for up to two participants per company. This is limited to regular employees, Directors, Partners, or Proprietors.
⚠️ AECCI is not responsible for visa approval or rejection. Final decision rests with the Embassy. AECCI will provide necessary follow-up support as required.
