Highly Discounted Rates negotiated by AECCI for 9 Sqm. Booth
Per booth USD 3,010*
Above Charges include: Each 9 sqm standard booth includes side walls, carpet, 1 plug socket, electricity and lightings, 1 table and 3 chairs, general cleaning and security of pavilion.
Above Charges does not include: Hotel stay, air ticket, airport transfers etc. However, rates will be negotiated with travel partner for the convenience of members. All the travel arrangement payments etc are to be done directly to the travel service partner.
AECCI Administration Charges: Rs. 15,000/- (Members), Rs. 20,000/- (For Non-Members)

🛂 Visa Support Policy:
AECCI will issue ‘visa recommendation letter’ worth Rs. 1000/- for free, for a maximum of two participants per company, limited to regular employees, Directors, Partners, or Proprietors. Please note that AECCI is not responsible for the approval or rejection of the visa, as the final decision rests solely with the Embassy. AECCI will, however, provide necessary follow-up support as required.
