AECCI INAUGURAL EVENT

AECCI conducts round table session to appoint arbitrators for AECCI-IAC in Navi Mumbai, India

The AECCI is set to inaugurate its newest venture, the AECCI International Arbitration Center (IAC). The launch event is expected to take place in the coming weeks, with attendees from the legal, business, and government sectors expected to be in attendance.

The AECCI IAC aims to provide a forum for international arbitration and dispute resolution services for businesses and organizations operating in the Navi – Mumbai region.

The center will have a team of experienced arbitrators who are knowledgeable in legal systems, making it an ideal choice for cross-border disputes.

During the launch event, several activities are expected to take place, including:

  • Rule Book Launch: During the inauguration of the AECCI International Arbitration Center (IAC), the AECCI-IAC’s rule book will be unveiled, and attendees will have the opportunity to meet all the arbitrators on the panel.
  • Inaugural speeches: Senior members of the AECCI and other judges and arbitrators will deliver speeches outlining the center’s mission, vision, and objectives.
  • Panel discussions: Expert panels comprising of legal professionals, Arbitrators and business leaders will discuss the importance of international arbitration, the benefits of the AECCI IAC, and the role it can play in promoting cross-border trade and investment.
  • Networking: The event will provide an opportunity for attendees to network and interact with other professionals from various industries.

 

The launch of the AECCI IAC is expected to be a significant milestone for businesses and organizations operating in the world, offering them a platform to resolve disputes quickly, cost-effectively, and efficiently.
